Accertum are appointed as Cost Consultants for the redevelopment and expansion of the Business Park in Cambridge . The project includes masterplanning to reconfigure the site to facilitate the construction of new commercial buildings with associated hard and soft landscaping which will be delivered over a phased programme.

Three new office buildings are proposed within the scheme, two providing 35,000ft² each and one providing 8,000ft². Landscaping across the site is enhanced, additional facilities for cyclists are provided and car parking is addressed.

Sustainability is a key element of the brief and various materials and solutions are under consideration to target net zero carbon, minimise energy usage and incorporate renewable technologies.
