South Quay occupies a prominent site at number 2 South Quay Square on the southern edge of South Dock in London’s Docklands area.

The development comprises a serviced apartment hotel with 250 units, as well as retail and office spaces and includes the following facilities:

  • Reception Area
  • Visitor’s WC
  • Gym space with associated changing area
  • Aparthotel staff cycle changing & shower.
  • Restaurant/Bar and café

The Client opted to procure the works using a construction management approach and Accertum managed the procurement and tendering process providing cost consultancy services.
