The development will create a high quality, purpose built student accommodation scheme in the City Centre which contributes positively to the Conservation Area and enhances its character.

The scheme delivers a total of 252 student bed spaces in various configurations from single study bedrooms in communal clusters, to self contained studio flats and wheelchair accessible study bedrooms.

The scheme will meet an identified need for student accommodation as evidenced by Norwich City Council which will help to release family housing back into the private market. Accertum are currently providing full cost management services.
