We also provide contract administration services where the CA is appointed by an employer to administer the contract between the employer and the contractor. The responsibilities of the CA will be defined by the form of building contract and the appointment document but typically a CA administers traditional lump sum contracts and the EA acts for the Employer on design and build contracts.
